Technical neutrality
A neutral technical blog should avoid unnecessary claims.
Publishing systems become stronger when metadata is consistent. A title, date, topic and summary can power cards, archives, feeds and service files.
A neutral editorial voice should be specific without pretending to be a brand, company or institution. The writing can describe tradeoffs and patterns plainly.
The public site should feel complete: pages, RSS, sitemap, robots and stable URLs all contribute to that impression.
